I read thru your post and it sounds to me like your diet is very "Atkins" Like. Actually I was kinda shocked to read what you do eat and what you don't eat. Seems to me that it's the exact reverse of what IBSer's (C or D) should be eating. I know that I would never go back to eating most of the things you listed. I don't think my body would ever "adjust" to it. But, if it works for you, that's good. Good luck in the future with your IBS. Hope it continues to work out for you, like it has so far.
