I know there aren't many of us but thought I would post this anyway! I've found a great source of lactose free foods at the Old Fashion Foods store on South Albert in Regina. They have a really nice rice parmesan, lactose free cream cheese, lactose free sour cream and very helpful staff. The cream cheese and parm is awesome and I've discovered a whole new realm of food open to me through these foods.
