New kid in town...       02/14/04 12:37 AM Edit Reply Quote Punky Reged: 02/14/04 Posts: 9 Loc: Arizona Hey All! I'm kinda new around here. Well I have been coming to the site since I first got sick, about a year and a half ago. The difference is this time I am coming with a committement to getting better and taking charge of my symptoms. I am 19 and a freshman in college in AZ and I am quickly realizing that if I do not take control it will take more control of me than it already has. Basically any help that anyone can share would be awesome. I was wondering what suggestions people have as far as really sticking to the IBS diet while in college. I don't have my own transportation and therefore limited access to a grocery store. How does everyone else do it? I am not one to give up on things I start, especially school but it is becoming increasingly harder. Thanks!
