HAPPY BIRTHDAY HEATHER!!!! YOU ROCK!!!! Heather, just wanted to tell you that I AM so grateful for you!!!! I'm a recovering addict with a year clean so far, and I go to meetings regularly. Everyday, I do a gratitude list via email and everyday, you're on it!  I've been staying away from bad food, like I stay away from my drugs. It's not easy, and without you, it was really really hard, but ever since I got your books, and I come on here, and you've been answering my questions (along with other ppl's answers), I've had a MUCH easier time!  I hope you have a wonderful birthday b/c you totally deserve it!!! God bless!
