I had done a yahoo search on her after running into her interview with King5.com, and it seems that she is quite a prolific writer, with the bulk of her work concentrating on sports nutrition..........What has me so excited is that this HFCS malabsorbtion hypothesis explains many of the bewildering experiences that I have had.....ate the exact same foods for three days and had three entirely different reactions......Now I recall that I once had a Pepsi with meal, once just ice water, and once that crap called Gatorade....Maybe I'm barking up the wrong tree; It's not just what I eat, it's what I drink !!!!....This whole miserable malady started this past summer when I was on loan to the Owner's group building the New East Span of the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge........I spent most of my time in the field, often below the waterline in cofferdams accessable only by boat.....for convenience, and to avoid dehydration, I carried bottles of Snapple, Gatorade, and other HFCS-laden beverages that I had frozen the night before.......Looking back, I probably consumed upwards of 250 grams of HFCS every day....I had never drank that much of these beverages before......I also switched from Grapefruit juice with my nightly vodka to Cranberry Juice...Mostly in gin mills, they don't serve 100% juice, but cranberry cocktail, probably sweetened with big slugs of HFCS.......Switching back has helped........
