I'm about 5' 7 and weigh about the same. I too was a little heavier in college and am athletic too. I have been making IBS friendly desserts and eating them a lot hoping to keep my weight more steady. It's hard b/c most people don't think this is a problem. I also am trying to conceive #3 child and I know being too thin won't help in that department. I don't know the answers to our questions. I guess with IBS you just have to take it day to day. You do OK with peanut butter? I've avoided it since being diagnosed with IBS but love it. That is a good healthy thing to eat. See you on the boards! Sandy Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
