I just received a free sample of Sweet Leaf Stevia (it's Stevia Plus and has fiber in it). I'm not sure if the fiber is ok or not (I think it's FOS), but I haven't had any problems with it (I'm IBS C for the most part) and it seems much sweeter to me than Sweet N Low or Equal so I only use a tiny bit in my tea. I believe Stevia is ok, but does anyone know if this Stevia Plus is safe? Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
