(We have a 7.75% sales tax where I live.) Here is a link about Konsyl. If you have Walmarts they carry it, or any good drug store. I warn you....it thickens fast, so mix fast with tepid water and drink it fast. The acacia is not that way and can be put into your favorite beverage. Konsyl It IS psyllium but ground differently so easier on the system. We are warmer than you for sure, but had our day of snow last week. Because where I am is elevated 3,000 ft. we are colder than the beach areas. It's considered High Desert and if you remember Roy Rogers/Dale Evans from the western movies, it's where they resided.
