I had the abdominal CT on Friday (I won't know results until this Thursday when I see my doc again). I had had a CT before with little to no problem, but this one was NOT fun!! I was able to keep down the contrast stuff that you have to drink ... barely. But, ended up having what they called a "mini-seizure" after the contrast that they have to inject you with. I'm doing okay now, but it was pretty scary!! I'm just hoping that they find out what's wrong ... soon!! The lady at my doctor's office told me last week that I'm probably going to have to see a surgeon if the CT doesn't show anything, because otherwise, I would have to wait to have the upper and lower GI until sometime this summer.
