Re: Walking!       02/09/04 10:35 AM Edit Reply Quote Sommer Reged: 02/09/04 Posts: 283 Loc: Phoenix, Arizona USA Heya Bevrs, Yep, i figured i kind of probably hit the nail right on the head especially as i continued reading everyone else's replies. It became very clear we are all dealing with the muscle contactions that occur in our bowels when we go for what we hope to be a leisurely walk. It usually turns into an uncomfortable situation that becomes more uncomfortable if we try to hold it in! I remember complaining to my mom when i was little about how walking always made me have to poop. Glad I could shed soem light. -------------------- XOXO from lil' ol' me.
