Hi Bev,

I wash my berries first and dry them completely. Then I lay them out in a single layer on a foil-lined cookie sheet and carefully put the whole thing in the freezer for a few hours until the berries are frozen solid. At that point, I can just put them into a Zip-lock bag or other vessel for easy freezer storage. They don't clump together that way, and they don't get mushy like strawberries either.

When's summer, anyway?!
