Well, the doctor's appointment went okay, I guess. She says that my symptoms seem to be getting worse.

But, she scheduled me for an abdominal CT scan on Friday and gave me a couple of medications, so I'm hoping that they'll find the cause of all of this. I was kind of discouraged, though, because she kept asking me over and over and over if this is related to my past history of anorexia nervosa (I've lost like 3 pounds in the past 5 days). I assured her that it wasn't ... Seriously, I could think of lots better ways than this to lose weight!

I don't know if she believed me or not, but she scheduled me for the CT and depending on the results, possibly an upper and lower GI. I think that she was seriously trying to scare me with the GI stuff, because she kept repeating that they were "horrible" and that I "really don't want to have to have that done." I'm dreading the GIs, but just want them to find out what's wrong. They said that they'll have to set me up with a surgeon for the GIs, as the earliest that they're office could get me in with the hospital would be in the summer, but that the surgeon may be able to get me in sooner ... I seriously can't live like this 'til the summer!!
