Hi Jen. I have a lot of trouble with insoluble fiber veggies, too, so I completely understand. And I know the feeling about being so bloated you feel pregnant. You're very smart to be drinking the fennel tea, and that's great that you've been doing yoga anyway! I'm planning on starting it next month, and I'm really excited.
Personally, I have to eat small amount of soluble fiber veggies after I've made sure I have a lot of soluble fiber first. I seem to be very sensative to them, especially green veggies. But the good news is there are lots of great soluble fiber foods that you can eat to stabilize your tummy before you eat those insolubles, even veggies like potatoes, carrots, squash, and more.
