So what is the big benefit of using soy versus regular margarine? Is it the fat content per say? Just wondering since I cannot find soy dream anywhere...even at my local health food store and I live in the city.

I read every label on the soy butters and marjarins
in the store and every one of them has soy in it.
I can't eat soy so I got a low fat butter. It's
wipped and has less fat and a little goes a long
way so I don't use much of it. I'm doing just
fine with it. I'm certainly better with it than
I was with the marjarins that had soy in them. They
just killed me.
