I want to know if the Zatarain's dinner mixes are ok. My family loves the Jambalaya and I add shrimp or chicken. It only has you add water and 2 tbsp Veg oil (optional). So can I use vegetable oil or should I use Canola? I have both. THese are the ingredients: Enriched Long grain rice, dehydrated onion and bell peppers,salt,paprika,garlic,yeast extract,spices,soy sauce,msg,caramel color,soybean oil. Any ideas let me know?
