Finding something to take to work every day for lunch can be a full-time job! I like to take pita sandwiches--tuna, turkey, chicken, you name it. They're easy on the tummy (and filling) and easy to put together--you can eat them hot or cold. To give it an extra kick, I sometimes add a little bit of fat free soy cheese.
When sandwiches start to get me bored, I sometimes will have bagels with cream cheese, soup (kinda hard if you don't have a microwave, though) and tuna salad on crackers.
