Re: constipation is the biggest problem       01/28/04 05:39 PM Edit Reply Quote mickeymouse Reged: 02/02/03 Posts: 431 Loc: Canada I understand what you mean about losing hope...my C has gotten more severe since taking a new medication and I am starting to think that soluble fibre + tons of water + stable diet will not equal a BM! I recently read through a ton of posts on constipation which gave me a few ideas, also the recent suggestions from my post, here they both are: Boo on Constipation I miss pooping I tried the senna...way too much cramping. Others have mentioned glycerine suppositories. Hopefully you find something that works for you in this post, I believe everyone is different. I am on a trial and error with different things now...
