Drinking soy milk bothered me a little bit too. I don't drink it now, but I do bake and make puddings with it. I think that it helps to make rice pudding with soy milk, for the rice fiber seems to help. I seem to be ok with that and tapioca pudding too. Also, I eat alot of fish for protein. Hope this helps.
