Good advice from the others. Scream, take a deep breath, be patient. You'll get there.
A few suggestions - your stomach may be cramping more because there was nothing in it. Try very small amounts of food throughout the day. When I was pregnant, I munched on soda crackers all day long. Otherwise, an empty stomach made me nauseous.
Drink lots of peppermint tea - that should ease the cramping AND the pain. web page This page lists what to eat when you can't eat anything. I consider it a foundation. Get these foods in your tummy then build your way up to cooked mashed fruits and veggies. Sweet potatoes, mashed carrots, squash are all good options to start with - anything that can be well cooked and mashed. Applesauce is another staple. You will be able to get your fruits and veggies back - let's get you feeling better first though. If you can, take a day off and just rest. Relax, drink your tea and feel better.
You WILL get better - it just takes time.
