Good advice from the others. Scream, take a deep breath, be patient. You'll get there. A few suggestions - your stomach may be cramping more because there was nothing in it. Try very small amounts of food throughout the day. When I was pregnant, I munched on soda crackers all day long. Otherwise, an empty stomach made me nauseous. Get these foods in your tummy then build your way up to cooked mashed fruits and veggies. Sweet potatoes, mashed carrots, squash are all good options to start with - anything that can be well cooked and mashed. Applesauce is another staple. You will be able to get your fruits and veggies back - let's get you feeling better first though. If you can, take a day off and just rest. Relax, drink your tea and feel better. You WILL get better - it just takes time.
