Does anyone know if Barley green/wheat grass is safe for IBS (m)       01/27/04 10:03 AM Edit Reply Quote Unregistered I mix it with water and drink it in the morning normally. I don't think it has an adverse reaction yet but I don't do it every day. I know it's really healthy and I know I'm not eating the veggies I need to right now. Also how about carrot juice?
