Fia, I also do okay with small amounts of fatfree dairy. I guess we're both exceptions to the general rule.

I've been using the lactase enzymes for about 15 years and they have made a huge difference in my life. Here in the states we also have a brand of lactose free milk called Lactaid. It works for me, but as HanSolo says, I wouldn't recommend it generally for IBS.

BTW, where in Sweden are you? My cousin and her family recently lived there for two years for his job. I'll have to look up where exactly.
