Equalactin as a Med       01/27/04 04:20 AM Edit Reply Quote Bevvy Reged: 11/04/03 Posts: 5918 Loc: Northwest Washington State I take acacia in the mornings and at night as a daily ritual. I only use the Equalactin when I feel the cramps coming on; for some reason, they really ease the cramps. When I have a full-fledged attack, I pull out the big guns -- Equalactin with my prescription meds -- and I immediately feel a lot better.
