The packages does not say "how much fiber" it just says 625 mg Calcium Polycarbophil (equivalent to 500 mg Paoly carbohphil). The box says not to exceed 8 pills per 24 hrs. It just seems odd to me. I can't figure out how much Equalactin to have and how much Arcacia altogether? It's almost easier just to stick with the Arcacia, but I really wanted to try this Equalactin stuff.
