I recently went on holidays to Caloundra and in the main street there is a ice-cream/ sorbet shop. It has so many different varietes of sorbet that are so yummy! They aren't icy the way sorbet usually is but are creamy even though they have no fat or dairy. It's so yummy!!! It's all home made on the premises and is run by a lovely Italian family.
I was in heaven and went there twice a day. I even plan on making day trips up there just to get more. There's 100 different flavours in total with about 20 on show each day. I tried as many as I could!
Why can't all ice-cream shops do sorbet like this??????????
If you live anywhere near here you've got to try it.
