In answer to your question -- yes. BUT, as everyone here knows, I keep a food diary (and have been for years). It helps me keep track of everything I eat, how much I eat, when I eat it, and the resulting reactions I get, including my poops and what they're like.
While it sounds tiresome -- and it IS (I balked at doing it originally), it truly does help me pinpoint any possible triggers when the inevitable attack occurs. So far I've been able to track down each and every culprit.
However, I think I blamed the last attack on my beloved ADBs, when in fact it was really the flu.
