Well I suppose I have nothing more to add than what everyone else has but I can sense an attack within minutes. I'm just learning about this and so tonight, we had some baked fish with lightly sauteed onions and green beans. THere was nothing fancy and I thought it was okay. (I LOVE sauteed onions). I think I ate maybe two or three little forkfuls and I could feel the rumbling in my gut. I still had them on my plate and I got up to look at my list of insoluble fiber. Sure enough, onions AND green beans. I told my husband I could not continue eating and I did the right thing. So right now, I'm hurting. I made some mint tea. I had a glass of wine. Wine seems to help me but I can't say it will help for everyone. I can feel the cramping subsiding now but its not gone yet.
