I've never heard of anyone having problems with Imodium other than getting a little "blocked up" if you take too much. I myself never leave home without it! Of course, if you have any concerns, definitely check with your doc/pharmacy. That's what they're there for! If you search the boards, you'll find more info/advice on Imodium.
