I am sure I am not the only one, but just to console myself, I have to ask...
When you feel horrible from some food, and you can't figure out what it is... do you sometimes just think, "what the heck, I feel bad already, I may as well eat what I want!"
I swear, once I feel bad, it just makes me angry, because I follow the safe foods diet (and plenty of H2o), it's just that some foods will work some days and other days that food might be a trigger (grrr...)-- regardless, I just get mad and figure if I am going to feel like crap, I want it to be because it was a food that I really LIKE and WANTED to eat rather than a food that is just mediocre.
Are you all with me on this? Does anyone else do this sometimes?
