Joan, I don't remember, do you have C or D? Because I'm C and I have to admit I still don't feel great all the time either. When I first started this diet I was alternating C and D and still having terrible and painful attacks at least once a month, often more frequently. Since starting this diet I can say I haven't had a full-blown attack in about 6 months, and I'm amazingly thankful for that. But now that I've gone to plain old C I do still have lots of bloating and just plain discomfort, and it still interferes with my life, just not to the same degree. So to make a long story short, you're not alone! I know how frustrating this can be, and I hope you find some relief. That's so sweet of you to worry about this for your kids' sakes. It is sad that they have to see their mommy feeling so badly.
