Question about Benefiber       03/24/03 12:45 PM Edit Reply Quote Peanut Reged: 02/09/03 Posts: 182 Loc: England Hello everyone. I am wondering for those of you who take Benefiber if you could maybe help me out a little. I am just about out of my Citrucil and would like to give Benefiber a try, seeing as my C is still giving me some grief and I am staying safe with the diet. With both Metemucil and Citrucil I had a scoop in the morning and at night. Should I do the same with the Benefiber? Any advice would be much appreciated!!
