Vitamins--help in Canada please!       01/20/04 10:28 AM Edit Reply Quote zf Reged: 01/05/04 Posts: 25 Hi! I have read the past posts on vitamins. I want to take an all-in-one multivitamin, and I am so confused about what is good, what absorbs, what causes D! Has anyone heard of Jamieson products? They are Canadian. Can I trust them? Thanks. Also, I got my acacia, starting at a very low dose, cannot tell if it's working yet, my tummy is so bad all the time and then I get sick of eating plain foods and go and do something stupid like eat chinese food with MSG and grease, you know! cheers Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
