Joan, I come up with a different figure than 9% -- quite a bit different! I figure it has 36%. Isn't the 9% figure the amount of your TOTAL DAILY INTAKE?
If you take the total number of fat (6g) and multiply it by 9 (number of calories from fat) you get 54, then you divide that by the total number of calories (150) to get the percentage, and that's 36%. Am I mistaken?
I'm curious about something. You said that's for a half cup serving, right? Where did you get that half cup figure? The carton I have is in grams, so the serving size is 70 grams. Is that a half cup? OMG! I had 2 scoops, comparable to MUCH more than a half cup! That means I had . . . . HOW MUCH FAT?
