However, you'll note that there is no recipe on the reduced-fat Bisquick box for waffles. I'm assuming it's because there's not enough fat in the reduced-fat Bisquick, so the waffles could conceivably stick to the waffle iron, even though you would add 2T oil to the batter. Any-who . . . goferit.
