I checked the XO factor and very interesting reading. Can not wait to show my teacher on Monday and my son's doctor next month for his follow up appt.
I shared the info. with my husband and he was surprised too. He took Nurtition in College and he wasn't aware of the XO factor.
I'm not lactose intolerant myself, but maybe I am. I deal with more C and I believe it is the whey and casein that are the problem. My son has the same bowel habits as me, so I'm not convinced he is latcose intol. - more likely it is the whey or casein.
I will research the topic. I'll start a new thread too - maybe Heather or Shawn Eric can answer your question.
I start my job on Monday, so I don't expect to be on too much next week. I'll be more of a lurker at night.
