Just offering support - I also have 3 kids and a lot of new stressors in my life as we recently moved to a new city where we knew NO ONE before moving here. I'm finding stress is not the only factor, diet helps immensely, but it can still be a factor, especially once things have already gotten out of hand. Exercise has become my form of "stress relief" (along with prayer!) and my time at the Y or on the treadmill has become PRIORITY for me. Believe me, my kids are 4, 2, and 9 mos and I have little to no free time, but I've found ways to work that time in there to try to keep myself healthy both mentally and physically.
