bloating plus weight gain       01/17/04 02:44 PM Edit Reply Quote masayo Reged: 01/17/04 Posts: 69 Loc: mexico Since the IBS has become more serious this last year, along came the bloating and pain which seems to always be there but also the weight gain. I dont know if once the bloating goes down there will be fat hanging out there too. I am an avid excercise person. Still do it, although at times I feel that it is not working on my gut area. Today is the first day of the new eating lifestyle, thanks to this website, and is wondering if the extra lbs. around the gut will go away. I do plan to excercise like I usually do, 3-4 times a week ( 30-40 mins. cardio plus weight traing). Ive even quite taking birth control pills about a week ago to try to drop some weight before I found this informative site. Im getting depressed a bit. I want to be free of pain but want the fit body I had before. I dont want to sound superficial but being fit was a big part of my life. Anyone with any input?
