Just being able to tell my story means a lot to me, I don't speak with anyone about my IBS, except my sister, whom I recently told. She has been very supportive. I live with boyfriend, and I am too embarassed to tell him. I have trying to eat both soluble and insoluble fiber. I live in NYC so I have ample amount of resources for food at my fingertips. Last night I had a sweet potato burrito with beans, rice, apples and sweet potatoes. It was delicious. I don't feel alone anymore thanks to this message board and all of you who speak your minds.
