I just spray them with Pam as well as the baking sheet.....just enough so nothing sticks and they brown nicely....not much. Gee, I don't know how much oil, I'd say just a little. You could use a pastry brush to brush the pan and fries with the oil.....
I think you'll love 'em!!!
I've even made sweet potato---potato chips in a round plastic chip maker thing that you use in the micro-wave. They're one of my favorite chips and store well.
