Anyway, as to the 'flea seeds' you could try a pharmacy or health food shop and just give them the Latin name which is Semen Psylli tot. (tot probably means total, that is the whole seed, not the husk). If you need to describe them say they look exactly like fleas, same shiny black colour and size! Maybe that helps? If you can't get hold of them I can send you some to try (they're not expensive), there is probably some way of exchanging privat email addresses through this board).
