Very long time since on here. Just want to say that if you feel you can't do wheat bread, then try a traditional sourdough bread, with no yeast in ingredients. Mainly just, wheat flour (white), salt, culture or starter and water. It might say whole wheat at the end of ingredients, but it's just an extremely small amt. of it, since the good bacteria and wild yeast are inherent on the outside of the whole grain used in the starter culture, verified by a baker here in Coolidge, AZ Mediterra Bakery. Most sourdough on the shelf have added commercial yeast, so the bread is not broken down enough for easier digestion. I am a very severe IBS-D person. The Elavil has really helped alot, added to regime after just the CBD Isolate. Still taking the Methylcellulose generic 1g total of 2 caplets before anything eaten. If I don't consistently drink water throughout day, I get an irritated colon from trapped gas build up that streams out gas in the evening. For produce, I eat in #2 baby smooth food form. Sm. amt. of Lettuce "after" the sandwich. Bananas always ok in normal form. I don't feel so hypoglycemic when I eat the bread (not too much, 150 cal worth/day so far), instead of just the white rice. Corn grits once/day as one of my snacks. Hope this helps someone. Take Care.
