Rectum control with diarrhea       05/23/19 10:41 AM Edit Reply Quote Kpye1 Reged: 04/23/19 Posts: 3 Loc: BC Canada So I’ve work grave yard for various reasons but one having control and accidents with IBS-D. Are there ways to strengthening the rectum naturally? I’m doing the “first year” book five months in. Have Imodium but I don’t like it, use peppermint capsules and the tea. Are there other ways ? -------------------- Ive struggled with IBS-D for over 20 years. Struggling the most with recipes and food cravings cause its always been my choice of crutch. Got Heather's first year book and recipe book in January 2019, so just started. loving it but also absolutely miserable. (if that makes sense) Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
