Or the rice cheese for that matter. I bought some when I was first diagnosed and just thinking about the taste of it makes me gag. Last summer I made a pasta salad with cubed Light Cheddar Cheese and I seemed to fair pretty well too. However, I don't eat it often. As for your sandwich suggestion, I have yet to try an avacado so I can't say one way or the other if I would like it.
