IBS goes away after gall bladder removed???       12/27/15 11:02 AM Edit Reply Quote littlelani Reged: 06/17/06 Posts: 387 Loc: Asheboro, NC I just had my gall bladder removed. My surgeon said that I may have been misdiagnosed all these years, and that my IBS may go away without my gall bladder. Everything I've read seems contrary to that.
