IBS is not, unfortunately, the only ailment I have and I have been trying so hard to get better with CFS and FM.

I have met people recently who swear by juicing for CFS and FM. My digestion is crap I am low in many nutrients. Now if you juice betroot and citrus etc...because there are no seeds or fibrous material is that going to be ok?

I know that if I was to puree broccoli etc..it would not be great as it is still sulphurous etc...but what if I did juices like betroot and orange? I know that celery even when juiced might be an issue. How much of the insoliuble fibre is left in raw juices when they are pureed to a juice? I know to not have fructose rich fruits and veg...
