Stress for me is always the number one issue with IBS....I can always count on my IBS to come back with a vengence. That being said sometimes just acknowledging that can make me feel a little better. Syl's suggestion about going back to basics is a good place to start....try not to overtax your system when it is already stressed. I also find chamomile tea a big help in calming things down. Be kind to yourself, do what you can and remember that you've had things under control before so you can and will do it again Best of luck
