Thanks to everyone who replied. I think that I'm going to throw these muffins out. Whether I eat the regular or gluten-free oats, both give me gas and bloating. In fact, I think that all whole grains are bothering me, so I'm going to stop eating them. I was trying to eat healthier and lose weight, but it looks like my IBS won't let me do that. For the question about tolerating bananas...as long as they are ripe, I don't have a problem with them.
