Hi!

I made some muffins this weekend with part oat bran and I think that they may be bothering me, but I wanted to get someone else's opinion. I made them with 3 cups of GF Flour, 2 1/2 cups oat bran, 1 1/2 teaspoons xanthan gum and 2 cups mashed bananas to try to get enough soluable fiber in them. There are no nuts or other fruit in them. The package of oat bran said that it had 3 grams of soluable fiber and 3 grams of insoluable fiber, so I figured it was ok. I ate one last night and I have had terrible gas and bloating today. I also had spaghetti for dinner, so it may have been that too. Any input would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Heather
