Oh wow thank you so much for answering. I am newly diagnosed so I am still learning about what is safe and what is not. I will try Align. I had just been to my regular doctor for another issue and asked her since I was there. I also have a vitamin D deficiency so she prescribed me 2000 IU daily, however I also found those to be upsetting me lately too. I also have mouth lozengers of Vitamin D by SolarRay, would those be better to take? Or does can Vitamin D also be hard for ppl with IBS to take?
