Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards | Symptoms from Provera !0mg

so i wasnt quite sure where to post this as i am new around here. I have been to my gynecologist due to endemitriosis and i also suffer from ibs. I have been on 10mg provera once a day for six weeks now and since i have been taking it i have noticed that i have been terrible headaches, increased nausea, increased stomach pain and my hair is falling out (not so much that i am going bald but more than usual. like when i wash my hair or brush my hair i notice more falling out than normal) i also take tramal every 12 hours for pain and my gp has given me maxalon for when i feel nauseas however today i went back to see my gynecologist and he said that i shoudl not take maxalon because it is bad for me and he said that the symptoms that i am having have nothing to do with introducing provera as i was already on the pill before, i have looked up the symptoms associated with this drug and all of my symptoms that i have were listed on the fact sheet i read. the gynecologist reckons it's just a coincedence but i on the other hand am not so sure. I am going to see my gp on monday and i am worried that he will say the opposite of the gynecologist and then i wont know who to belive. Would love some advice or to hear of anyone elses experience with this drug or even just how to deal with 2 doctors that you would normally trust have different opinions. Also i apologise if i have posted this in the wrong spot but as i said i am new to this site and couldnt really see a fitting board for it so just chose this one. Thanks in advance!
