Yes and totally understandable as we are each individuals. I have been experimenting and as you said trial and error. I had just posted a longer message again since I now know how to post on the IBS board. You said you have had this since the age of 9 and and obviously you can eat nuts. Were you (then) not able to eat nuts and things with peels and/or insoluble fiber at the time but that gradually changed/healed over time? I am hoping this will happen for me as well...Again, thank you for the advice and encouragement Janet - Health22
